ACG School Jakarta delivers payment convenience through HSBC Omni Collect

ACG had previously allowed parents and guardians to settle tuition and other school fees via bank transfers on a monthly, quarterly, semester or annual basis.

As a leading international school, ACG sought to provide more flexible and convenient payment options to settle tuition payments, including accepting international credit cards. ACG was also looking to offer cashless payments methods for students to purchase stationeries, uniform and other items from their library and school shop.

ACG tapped into HSBC’s Omni Collect solution – a simple, all-in-one solution that allows ACG to offer convenient and flexible options for parents/guardians settling tuition payments, as well as enabling students to make cashless payments for school-related suppliers.

The solution combines the use of:

• PaymentLink, whereby a unique payment link can be shared to parents and guardians that enables them to settle tuition fees online via credit cards, without needing to make payments in person.
• QRIS (QR Indonesian Standard) for students to make cashless payments via e-wallets or bank applications when paying for supplies at the library or school shop.

The integrated solution reduces manual efforts as ACG only needs to work with a single provider to enable the various payment methods, streamlining overall collections and reconciliation.
