Our Manual Payments Policy is changing

Dear Customer,

HSBC endeavors to provide excellent customer experience to our customers, hence we would like to inform you that effective from 1 January 2016, we will no longer accept manual payments i.e. payment instructions sent by fax/email, handwritten in standard paper form or free format, or SmartForm completed by hand as such method may expose you to a greater risk due to processing delays and errors and generally result in poorer customer experience.

Please also be informed that any manual payments made after the implementation of this new policy will be rejected and HSBC will hold no responsibilities on its implication whatsoever
